Check In: Between 3:00 and 8:00pm unless prior arrangements have been made.

Check Out: By 11:00am. Feel free to enjoy our common areas after you have checked out.

Minimum Stays: We have a two night minimum stay during fall foliage season (Please contact us at innkeepers@lovettsinn.com or call at 800 356-3802 for one night availability). Rates increase $40 during holidays and fall foliage season. Columbus Day Weekend is a three night minimum.

Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation received prior to 14 days of the reservation date, the full deposit will be returned minus the processing fee. Cancellations received with less than 14 days notice but more than 7 days, shall be given a gift certificate good for 6 months for the full amount of the deposit. Reservations canceled with less than 7 days notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit. Guests who fail to show on the start date of their reservation or leave prior to their scheduled departure are responsible for the entire stay. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Deposits: A deposit of one nights lodging (50% for extended stays) is required when booking your reservation.

Taxes, Gratuities, and Credit Cards: All rates are subject to 9% New Hampshire Room and Meals tax. Gratuities for the housekeepers and breakfast servers are left to each guest's discretion. Forms of payment accepted are cash, Visa, Master Card or Discover.

SMOKING
Lovetts Inn maintains a NON-SMOKING environment. Smoking is permitted outside on private patios .

CHILDREN WELCOME
Children of all ages are welcome (extra person charge $20.00).

PETS WELCOME
We welcome well-behaved pets. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the room and you are responsible for any damages. We do not accept cats. Pet fee is $25.00 per pet per night.Click for more information.
