Please make your reservation at least 24 hours ahead of your arrival.  Due to ongoing Covid-19 precautions and necessary sanitization of rooms before guests move in, we can not accommodate "same day" bookings.


Check-in is from 3pm - 6pm unless prior arrangements have been made. Please call ahead to make special check-in arrangements.  We are currently very short-staffed, but we are happy to accommodate later check in needs with some notice.

Check out

Check-out is by 11am and your balance (minus any deposit paid on full payment was not made) will be payable at this time. Feel free to enjoy our common areas after you have checked out, if you wish.


All rates are double occupancy. Extra person charges are -  $20.00 per person per night.

Office Hours

9am to 5pm.


A payment in full is required when booking your reservation.  We regret that we have had to ask for this but many have left assuming their stay was paid in full at the outset.

Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. We can also process Amex using "Paypal Here"


Written confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit. Please check your dates, as your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the dates specified or depart before date reserved.


Lovetts Inn maintains a NON-SMOKING environment inside all our buildings. There will be a $150 cleaning charge if smoking occurs in our rooms. Smoking is permitted outside.


Lovetts Inn has designated pet-friendly rooms available for you and your pet in cottages 10, 11, 12 and 14.  There is a pet charge fee of $30 per pet, per stay which will be added to your room.  We require that you pick up after them while on our grounds. In the unlikely event your pet damages any part of the room, you are responsible for the damages.  We do not require that pets left unattended are crated, but if pets are free, bear in mind that we will not be able to service/ refresh  your room during your case they make an escape bid.  In these cases please advise us at check in of your pet's status for housekeeping purposes.

Room Booking Minimums

During our fall foliage season and specific holidays, we reserve our room bookings to a two night minimum.   Please contact us for last minute, one night openings during these times, or to inquire about other holidays.


During events, or meals served to parties in excess of six guests, a gratuity beginning at 20% will be added to your account.  This covers servers, bar tenders and kitchen help and your gratuity is shared, in its entirety with the staff involved with your event.  Thank you.

Cancelation Policy

A one day advance notice of change or cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $25.00 per room processing fee. Two days notice required during fall foliage and ski and holiday seasons due to high demand.
