We offer weekly, monthly and seasonal cottage rentals for Summer and for Winter.
Call for details and availability.
To maintain distancing and so that you can keep your room safe from germs, we will not routinely refresh rooms for one or two night stays unless you ask us to do so. We will be happy to do this if you request it of course.
Please don't hesitate to ask for additional supplies should you need them.
Main Inn
The Main House was originally the "Lafayette Brook Farm", and in 1928, this quaint estate was transformed into a New England country inn. Lovett's inn offers you the unique opportunity to stay either in the main Inn itself; we have five rooms, beautifully decorated which will surely bring you back in time while giving you all the modern comforts as well as immediate indoor access to our intimate pub and fireside dining in our restaurant, our game room and a separate sitting room; or you can stay in one of our thirteen detached cottage rooms, where a short walk from the Inn, across our lawns takes you to the tranquility and privacy of your own cottage room complete with your own patio. Note that the five Main Inn rooms are are all upstairs, purposely without TVs to retain the historic atmosphere upstairs, but there are multiple TVs in the bar area, the comfortable game room and our relaxing sitting room.

Cottages
The Cottages nestled around the property allow you to have a little piece of New Hampshire's White Mountains all to yourself. A little more relaxed than the Main Inn, the rooms are all uniquely decorated with bits of the culture and characteristics of the area. With beautiful views, seclusion, and patios to enjoy, the Cottages are a wonderful way to spend a few days with us while enjoying the serenity and tranquility of the region.
Our six separate and tranquil cottages with their respective rooms are shown in the Lovett's Inn site plan available here. Some cottages have connecting doors between adjacent rooms, perfect for a family vacation with children or for a larger group vacation or function. All rooms have separate en-suite bathrooms and come with the same amenities as the rooms in the main inn
Due to safety and insurance concerns, fires of any kind are no longer allowed in the cottage open fireplaces. During the warmer months we often light a fire in the fire pit for everyone to meet and mingle, or feel free to use the firepit yourself. We can provide firewood! We just ask that any drinks taken into the grounds and to the pool are consumed from plastic or cans rather than glasses. We will be happy to serve your bar drinks outdoors in plastic "glasses" for everyone's safety.

Pets
We welcome your furry friends, if you'd like to bring them too. We have designated cottages 10-14 as the pet-friendly places to be.
We cannot let pets stay elsewhere because of folks who may have allergies, and if you do have allergies to pets, please avoid the pet-friendly cottages. Please note that this does NOT apply to animals formally trained and licensed under New Hampshire's Service Animal Laws.

Full breakfast is included with your room and self-serve buffet options are available during busy periods due to staff shortages. Usually, during weekdays, pastries, fresh fruit, cakes and your choice of cooked breakfast will be served to you at your table.
Breakfast is served in our restaurant 7:30am - 9:30 am daily.
